Need assistance? Before picking up the phone, check out our answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we receive. Finding the perfect rental can be a difficult process, however, Kez will be here to assist you through each step of the way. How do I book a costume fitting?

You can contact us via email or mobile and we can schedule a costume appointment that suits you.

How do I pay for my costume?

You can pay for your costume on pick up. We accept cash and debit/credit cards.

What is your policy for returning a damaged costume?

At the time of costume purchase you will be required to pay a $30 bond. This will cover damages if they are to occur. If the costume is returned intact your bond will be refunded.

When do I need to return my costume by?

For weekend hire we will be open for returns on Monday from 2PM till 8PM. Please contact Kez for any special considerations.
